Michael Sadowitz, Of Counsel

Mike is an experienced technology and intellectual property attorney specializing in patent disputes. He represents clients at trial in federal courts, in hearings before the International Trade Commission (ITC), and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). His expertise covers all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.

Before rejoining Radulescu LLP, Mike served as Corporate Counsel at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he was the primary legal advisor for AWS Quantum Technologies and AWS Hardware Engineering. In these roles, he provided strategic legal and business counsel to senior leadership, helping drive AWS’s technological innovations. Mike’s in-house experience gives him unique insight into the operations of technology companies, which he leverages to secure favorable outcomes for clients in complex disputes.

Mike brings a deep technical background and extensive experience across a variety of technologies, including semiconductors, LEDs, mobile telecommunications and electronics, cloud compute and storage, and quantum devices. This expertise informs his involvement in key phases of litigation, from claim construction to issues of infringement and validity, and enables him to effectively present complex technical matters to lay juries.
